Huawei B683 Port Forward

I am trying to set up a Foscam IP camera using the DDNS provided by Foscam. I have assigned a fixed IP address and port and have set up the port and IP address in the router under Virtual Server. I have uPnP off. The Foscam Interface says DDNS succeed, however I have no access using an external broadband. I also have checked if the port was open with the Dynamic IP address at the time but it is closed. Maska komara iz bumagi na golove.

Now that really isn't true is it? Three have changed the IP addressing for some users so that previously working IP cameras no longer work on three's network unless the user spots whats going on and specifically asks for a Public IP address. The router is an E5220. The APN is 3internet.

I have tried two digit, four digit and five digit ports but to no avail. I am doing it as a favour for a fellow farmer.

My own works on a B683 operating three cameras. I have tried to set up on another B683 I have but to no avail. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I have spent a lot of time fault finding the issue. Thank you both for the prompt response. The router is an E5220. The APN is 3internet.

Then check what IP address three issue you on the WAN side of the router.

If its 10.x.x.x then you are behind NAT and it won't work. If you search the forum for similar treads you'll find a lot more information. I can probably tell you if NAT and a Private IP address are an issue if you post or PM your current IP address as seen at whatismyip.com just miss of the last octect for security.
